Both my parents passed away with tens of thousands of dollars in denied insurance claims. My mom’s chemotherapy and nausea drugs were initially denied for being “experimental”. My dad’s ventilator use was denied for the same reason. Is this who we are? Is this who we want to be? I miss them.
