Thanks in part to you, the gender pay gap has now fallen to 16%, as the Statistisches Bundesamt recently announced. This means that Equal Pay Day 2026 will take place on February 27.

Today is Equal Pay Day! 💸 ✊ The day symbolically marks the gender pay gap, which amounted to 18% in Germany in 2023. This means that from January 1 to March 7, women worked for free compared to men.
