for the 3rd doctor obviously gotta be UNIT HQ with 3, Brig, Benton, Yates, maybe instead of a regeneration its a companion swap situation both Liz and Jo, then for villains its classic Silurians and Sea Devils
here's a twist on the regeneration set idea, the 4th doctor's alternate interior with the 4th doctor but 2 Romana's, then you'd also include K9, Daleks, Classic Cybermen, Sontarans maybe?
maybe an original TARDIS interior with the 1st and 2nd doctors and their companions Ben & Polly, villains could include Mondas Cybermen, Daleks, anything else?
or how about a Classic Who Interior with the 6th and 7th Doctors, Companion Mel and for villains, hmm what villains would be part of a Lego Set here?
Another Regeneration TARDIS Set could be an obvious choice the 9th/10th Doctor's TARDIS + the Companion that they both had, Rose Tyler then for enemies, a Slitheen once made it into The TARDIS, then maybe some Daleks and Cybermen
Finally got this #LEGO #DoctorWho Set + the 2 Lego Dimensions things - this Set has 11 & 12, Clara & some Dr Who Enemies (Daleks & Weeping Angel) but its gotten me thinking of what other Sets they could make the same way, for example...
in that scene when The 10th #DoctorWho is remembering those who died for him, can you imagine if it actually ran through every death in the entire show starting with the old woman in the stone ages and the Thals of Skaro all the way to New Who

I think all the ones that already exist as official Lego & that appear in Lego Dimensions would be included at minimum meaning there'd be
