This is pretty well known because 1. therapists do NOT recommend this due to possible taking advantage of the childlike mindset

2. a lot of minors in the agere community turned 18 and IMMEDIATELY became ABDL or CGL accounts instead

age regression is the actual therapeutic coping mechanism, which is done in therapy and/or recommended by therapists or happens naturally.

Agere is the community, cglre is (cg/l regression) is age regressors with caregivers that is a power exchange because of the regressed mind and the caregiver having control; Aka its a run around way for minors to engage in cgl.

ABDL often includes actual age regression though maybe not FULL regression, but somewhat, we call this “littlespace” a partially or fully regressed state within a power dynamic that has been established outside of the mind state.
