This has been a thought in my head for a while now. Anyone noticed how, when a number is squared, if you minus/add a number, you get the square number minus the number² you added/minused
Eg. 10 x 10 = 100
9 x 11 = 99
8 x 12 = 96
7 x 13 = 91
Etc. For ALL square numbers.

Fun fact: a rule i found for indices is that if both are integers and a = b +1
Then a² = b² + (a + b)
I'm not sure if this applies to all numbers
