Repost because I forgot an entire word.

Surprising to know one, I’m sure:

Ended up getting lunch with some friends, which was nice.

Also I’m apparently at the age where “free Saturday night” means getting a jump on laundry.

The friend I usually hang out with on Saturday is out of town, so I have today to myself for the first time in a while.

I feel like I should do something that isn’t chores, but I genuinely have no idea what single people my age do (in SF or in general).

"Those taxes you just paid? The money is going straight into Trump's pocket" would be good messaging

"Val Kilmer, who died last April, stars-"

No he fucking doesn't, read the beginning of the sentence.

What are your top 5 movies that you love to introduce people to?

Depends on the person, but usually:

- Legend
- In the Mouth of Madness
- Willy’s Wonderland
- Jacob’s Ladder
- Dark City

I found a rack of random comics at a discount store. I grabbed a random issue of GI Joe. Eventually I found a drug store with issues of X-Men, X-Force, and Spider-Man in three packs.

Bought all I could when I could until we got a proper comic shop and B&N (where I could get TPBs).

I’m often accused of disliking cats, but the reality is that I simply can’t live with a creature that’s just as temperamental as I am.

I’m also allergic, so that doesn’t help.

I ordered the mug, coffee, and Dale Cooper magnets.

The pin, stickers (above and right side in photo), and additional magnet (left side in photo) were all extra.

Earlier this year I found out the Double R Diner from Twin Peaks was actually a place called Twede’s Cafe. They sell merch, I bought some, and they sent me some extra stuff since my order took a bit. Look at it all.

On Active duty Military trying to infiltrate Vtubing

Do NOT trust them, don't work with em, don't promote em, don't allow em in your space, warn you friends, warn you community.

This is the USA gov gathering information on viewers/communities and spreading propaganda.

This is dangerous. Be aware

Also: if you haven’t watched LA by Night or NY by Night, you really should.

Brennan pops up in LA by Night as an amazingly sinister character.

I absolutely love @brennanleemulligan.bsky.social running Vampire: The Masquerade for the Intrepid Heroes, but I do kinda wish it was @vampiresnvino.bsky.social.

This season of D20 also really makes me want to run VtM for one of my TTRPG groups.

Is it horny season?

Man, if I could do this from SF I’d absolutely apply.

I’d even move to NYC if there was relocation assistance.

What does it say about me that I immediately recognized these, know exactly who each one is?

My brain keeps making me feel depressed, and nothing has really helped alleviate it all that much.

I feel like I kinda want to go for a walk, but I also feel like if I leave I’ll just keep walking and not come back. “Desolate” fairly aptly describes how my life feels lately.

Less a specific movie, and more the feeling that it was going to be a REALLY easy day in class.

Yeah, that’s fair.

I’m watching “Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City” for a third time because it’s a perfect Resident Evil movie and deserves like ten sequels.

Los Angeles. Growing up in the south, and living in San Francisco for the last 19 years, I’ve heard a lot about how bad it is.

Yeah the city has problems, but what city doesn’t? I’ve never had a time there, or felt like I didn’t belong. It’s probably my second favorite US city after New York.

I enjoyed this show so much I’d watch it without the Marvel stuff.

It kinda felt like one of those weird Marvel/Hulu shows, like Helstrom.

They were my favorites from the early WWF days through the WCW. I was for sure an nWo Wolfpac guy.

It’s Randy Savage, but just to be different let’s go with my second favorite.

I still miss my great grandfather, even though I only really got to spend a few years with him. I still feel terrible when I think about how things were for him at the end. I still value things he taught me and how he cared for me.

He deserved better, but at least he’s at rest.

Much like her husband, my great grandmother treated me like a person. She’d ask me about my life, was never judgmental, and let me be whoever I was.

My great grandmother lost her husband, I lost my only real father figure, and neither of us asked the other to carry that burden. We couldn’t.
