Ah wow! I think Fred went into vaudeville in LA with his dog act - his mother (my gg-gma) Marie Macarte was an equestrian performer and circus owner, my g-gpa Harry was a champion tumbler, and my three great-aunts were a slack-rope act (the Sisters Macarte)! :-D
(I ask because my great-great-uncle Fred Macarthy (b. 1852), "a high wire and general circus performer who later had a performing dog and monkey act", settled in LA I believe...)

It’s not the ideal starter but it isn’t a bad one! Will be beautiful in a theatre. But like all Tarkovsky it’s long and slow, which can be a challenge, but with high reward!
