What are you working on?
Anything to do with “Change what I cannot accept.”?
Is this difficult for you? It still is for me.
But the work to change things is worth it.

Wherever you are, whatever burden you currently face, whatever your uncertainty... be glad of it and go from there.

Part of the Citizen Story is about using our collective power to shape the economy. Great to see the UK govt’s new procurement overhaul doing exactly that! 🇬🇧
This isn’t about better PR for capital; it’s about economic models that root wealth locally.

Kindness in leadership and the workplace. What is it? And does it matter?
There is increasing evidence that enterprises benefit from treating both staff and customers kindly. But it is equally hard to embed into management systems and culture.
I'd love to hear your perspectives in the comments.
Disneyland? Where is this photo taken from? One of my favourite walks. Walk too quickly and you might miss this spot.
If you’re visiting London, I hope you find it.
It’s important to slow down and look around.
Happy Sunday.
Brilliant Day 2 at #Anthropy26 and gearing up for final day now. Yesterday started in the tropical zone talking financing. Americans have bravado with little foundations, we have the foundations but are cautious - even dare I say it pessimistic... Go figure. #LetsGetConfident
Great first day at #Anthropy26 a couple of hours wandering the Eden Project domes and connecting with friends new and old. Topics on skills and impact economy took on potential for all.
Excited to be headed to @AnthropyUK tomorrow and seeing what all the energy is all about for the first time. We need the conversations and actions that'll be stimulated more than ever.
DM me in their app if you'll be there. See you in the domes!
Follow along #Anthropy26 #UnitedFuture

A few weeks ago, I found myself in a "Tardis" of a bookstore in Edinburgh - ram-packed, messy, and full of hidden landscapes. It struck me: this is exactly what leading through transformation feels like.

To all the amazing Women and Authors who have inspired me. Thank you.
Wow, what a lovely day and space in Brixton this morning. Great start talking sales.
Loads to celebrate this International Women and World Book Day. We would be in a better place with more women in leadership and more reading.

Invitation to the Party
We don't just seek change; we lead the party. If you're tired of survival mode, it's time to find your tribe. Are you ready to see what's on the other side?

Place: The Geography of How
Geography is destiny. In 2026, “local-for-local” configurations are the only way to hedge against the geopolitical rupture.

Dogma is just a cage with better branding. Break it, and you find love, growth, and true connection. Why are you still following rules that weren't written for your success?

Environment: Design the Context, Not the Person
Stop trying to change mindsets through moral suasion. Change the “smells” of the place - moving from control to support, and from constraint to stretch.

Growth is a choice to stop believing the "danger" signal is an "exit" sign. It’s an "entrance" sign. The best version of your life is waiting. Will you stay still, or will you start moving?

Impermanence: The Strength of Reinvention
Past success is weak evidence of future capability. If you aren’t willing to dismantle what worked yesterday, you’ll be buried by it tomorrow.

Most people value certainty. We value the "best party" that happens once you break the dogma. Don't let survival mode dictate your ceiling. Is your current path leading to joy or just survival?

Standing still feels safe when the economy is wild and info is overloading. But "safe" is a trap. Prosperity lives on the other side of that fear. What are you settling for in the name of safety?

Your brain screams "danger" to keep you safe. As change-makers, we use that scream as a signal to get curious. Systemic stagnation is the real threat, not growth. Are you running away, or leaning in?

Memento mori is a Latin phrase translating to "remember that you [must] die," serving as an artistic or symbolic reminder of the inevitability of death and the brevity of life.
To my mind we don't consider impermanence enough in work, education, life.
