I love Americanos. I think they have less caffeine than drip coffee, so they’re my afternoon go-to. I usually get drip coffee too though. Nothing wrong with basic when it comes to coffee! And maple syrup is my preferred sweetener too. A friend once said “Who are you? Elf?”

I only do copyediting. I've thought about developmental editing, but I'm not sure my brain works that way.
