Been up the Glen this morning, walking by the farm where I was born. Yesterday’s fresh snow nearly all gone from the Affric mountains

The gorse has come out in flower while M&D were away last week! Enjoyed seeing it on our walk this morning, as well as fresh snow on the distant Affric hills

Been absent for a week because M&D were away, so we stayed with Uncle Mike at the kennels. But the6 came back today, so we got home! And mum was waiting for us 🥰🥰🥰

Another lovely day. We just took a local walk up above the loch, but it was beautiful 😁😎

Thank goodness she wasn’t injured Jasper. My mum is a lot more wary of falling since this happened! She thought nothing of it before 😲

Mum got rid of the plaster cast yesterday, so we had a fabulous day out in Glen Affric today to celebrate the return of her second arm 🎉🎉🎉 Walked right round the loch on an absolutely glorious day.

Mum back out walking with us after being away or otherwise engaged most of this week! Took her to the Ashes Stump and she and dad remembered their late mums with fondness ❤️

Mum went out with her friend today, so we had a dad walk. But mum’s pal had Nan with her, so there was a dog there to not look at the camera 😁 just like being out with me, mum says

Another beautiful morning! Went for a good walk, saw a splendid red deer to bark at, and met a nice forestry man who made a big fuss of us. We had a great time 👍❤️

Beautiful morning again. We went up and above the loch, enjoying the peace. Just birdsong and the occasional deer to keep me on my toes ❤️

Pals, this is our village hall! Mum’s been involved with it for donkeys years, and for the last 10, this project has taken up much of her life 😲 We are SO close to it finally happening. We don’t usually ask, but on this occasion, if you’re itching to find a great cause to support - look no further 😢

Fabulous walk up the Glen today, visiting the ancestral farmlands 😁 Frogs spawning in all the ditches! Sunshine 🌞 anyone would think it was Spring! But it’s going to be Baltic again next week, apparently 🙁

She’s doing really well thanks, Mrs N. Getting a bit fed up of the cast, but realises she is lucky that she can still get out in the fresh air and get enough exercise to stop her turning into a sloth 🤣🤣🤣

Took M&D up the hill, in lovely warm weather with even a bit of sunshine 😎 Mum’s happy to be out every day again. We’re just getting ready to keep her in check when she decides she is wanting to head out running again! Hopefully not before the cast comes off 😁
