I'm not joking when I say mRNA technology is more important than "AI" and it's a tragedy we're throwing billions into one while our government is aggressively defunding the other.

When Angela Rayner underpaid £40,000 in stamp duty, Richard Tice said it was "morally completely indefensible” and she should resign if she had “any moral decency”.

Now we learn he set up four shell companies that let him avoid paying £100,000 he owed in tax and to then transfer the cash to Reform

What should have happened: the REIT paid no tax but the Tice companies holding shares in the REIT paid £98k tax on the dividends they received.

What actually happened: none of the companies paid any tax.

Our new report: Richard Tice signed accounts wrongly claiming £98,000 of tax exemptions

The whole front page of that edition, where the penis is revealed to be Gregg Wallace.

Today in THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING, we always assumed that the dickhead in this meme was Heston. We apologise to Heston, but not to Gregggggg. THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING.

Trump: “I could be Pope, you know, if I wanted. And they’re saying I should be. Isn’t that right? Some people said this. They say I’d be the most powerful pope the world has ever seen. Who knows? I might do it. I like white clothes. But I’d probably change it to 24-karat gold. It’d be so expensive.”

Tbf they weren’t exactly on the side of the righteous in the 1940s so they have form for accepting this kind of thing

Tbh it’s not always that easy in London either. Getting to Sutton from Bromley would take about as long as getting from bury to Bolton

Cavity fill is normally possible unless the property is subject to driving rain or something. But unfortunately it isn’t always done well.

I wouldn’t do internal tbh. BRE research suggests it can trap moisture into the brick which degrades over time. But yes external and render is an option. You can also get brick slips which look like brickwork instead of render

Could be a few things going on here. Some people with damp conditions will need the home to stay constantly at a temp above the dew point. People with good insulation and/or heat pumps will leave the system on permanently even though it doesn’t kick in

Insulating it isn’t complicated. What’s complicated is making sure there’s adequate ventilation afterwards.

Not as applicable in the uk unfortunately. The time we would need to store power is over winter because the panels aren’t generating enough. But in a couple of days you’ll have used up the stored power.

He’s already helping putin and stopped sending stuff to Ukraine (that Europe hasn’t bought for them). So this isn’t really much of a threat

Probably fine in Iran but wouldn’t be as effective against modern tanks or anti aircraft systems

If they’re wheeling out this 40 yr old obsolete kit they clearly don’t think the Iranian resistance will be up to much
