Awesome. When working in Liberia I stumbled on a game of amputee football. Was the national side playing Sierra Leone.

Both sadly very good (due to high numbers of amputees from the war)

But great to see people enjoying the beautiful game.

Oh to live in a world where those were the worst of their actions...

So any #Ashtonout comments on X and the abuse/bots respond.

Growing up in the 70s in East Anglia there wasn't much choice - you just supported the Towen cos the alternatives were so shit they didn't bare thinking about.
Didn't get to Portman Rd til I was 14 and convinced my parents to let me go with my school mates. Never looked back.
