Hi Waldo, I love the laundry delivery team - can I have one? Also I was half thinking about the organisations I’ve worked in, and how they’ve largely failed to get it. It’s hard to say that out loud though. So thanks for making it 100% clear, and giving me more food for thought!
Can I add this comment to the blog post and credit you Tom?
Here’s a few collaboration pointers for the public sector. If we all did a bit more of this we’d spend less and generate way more value. We’d probably enjoy our jobs a lot more too

The useless black cat sits on the mantlepiece beside a brightly painted Nativity Crib. Above him is a painting showing a little girl flying through the sky on a magical book, as owls fly around her and the moon shines above, while the small town of Rye sleeps quietly below, covered in snow. This should be an idyllic Christmas scene but it's ruined by the useless cat is yawning widely so it looks like he's yelling.
I'm going to share a little something daily in this thread until December 25. That way we'll have plenty to enjoy for all those wanting a bit of kindness, company, comfort, seasonal cheer and occasional cats. Please join me.
