#Sociology
Final area of our questionnaire explores migrant social #integration in Lombardy, helping us understand migrants' integration opportunities. It focuses on interactions with natives and other groups, participation in social activities, and perceptions of #discrimination.

Another key section of BOnD questionnaire examines #employment type, contractual conditions, #work duration and intensity, and household economic management to show how economic #integration intertwines with cultural #assimilation and migrants’ socioeconomic outcomes.

How do #values and #attitudes differ between #migrants and native #Italians in Lombardy? And across migrant generations? The BOnD survey explores gender norms, equality, religion and moral values to shed light on processes of #acculturation and cultural #assimilation.

Our survey collection is nearly complete! Soon, we’ll be able to explore how migrants’ value assimilation and integration shape women’s participation in social and labour markets in Lombardy - and how this evolves across generations. Exciting things ahead!
