Today's advice: Take regular breaks from digital
Today's advice: You don't have to render/paint the same way each time. Trying a simplified or alternative style can teach you something new to apply to your "default" more than repeating it over and over.
Azumanga Osaka knife meme, but replaced the Osaka and Yukari with Yui Hirasawa and Azusa Nakano. The knife was replaced with a white present box, which was wrapped in a pink ribbon.
Valentine again, time to post this.
For me, giving flowers or showcasing a relationship on social media during holidays feels impersonal.
Better gifts exist, as flowers suggest a lack of effort. Expressing love through external excuses reflects insecurity in the relationship

stuff like this is pretty close to feeling feasible
I LOVE TRADITIONAL ART

I had 3D skills and initially used them to create eye-catching illustrations. However, I felt guilty about not drawing, so I clarified my approach: 2D art is drawn(unless it's urgent, I'll use pose dolls then), while 3D art is created using 3D skills
That is true.
Drawing, or making art, is an integral part of my life; I have to create something to express myself, kinda destressing.
I don't use these generative AIs(even some 3D pose dolls), cuz I give respect to the art skills I have learnt
I totally agree with that.
But I have to confess, I used LLM to handle conversations with unreasonable people when I struggled to respond to their nonsense😥
Happy New Years 🐎✨

Another reason why "AI" is bad is it shortens the process of thinking about whatever it is you are making, writing, etc. It is anti-intelligence, because it trains you to respond quickly and be formulaic. You will become less and less capable of arriving at the abstract, critical, or out of the box
I have a strong belief that I should try to draw figure perspective freehand as much as possible, because relying too much on existing references would make it seem like I wasted my money on art lessons😂

My offline friends who are continuing their studies and are never employed: Why do you attack big companies so much?
Me (realizing they did a lot of work for the company's research group for free, but didn't say to avoid worse arguing):
I haven't. You won't even know you're doing free work.
