Beautiful, love that F! Lombardic capitals are always some of my favourite: Close enough to what's familiar, but with some extra flair and flow.

Adam Savage handling a Noordzij Cube wasn't on my list of things I would ever see. Amazing work, as always, by Kelli, and love all the attention her book is getting.

Now thats a nice surprise: Adobe Illustrator supports both COLRv0 and COLRV1 color fonts! Other Creative Cloud apps still trail behind, so it will be a while until we'll see support in InDesign and After Effects. Still: Highly unexpected and great to see. Many props to the Adobe dev team!

Last week two of my works were shown at the DEMO festival in Amsterdam, for which I couldn't resist doing some hand-drawn animation. It was great to see them side-to-side with amazing work from animators from all across the world. And the large screens were a nice bonus of course!

Making color fonts is an ever-changing thing: you keep reinventing! For the 4th version of Gimme Constructo at FutureFonts, I'm moving towards upright italics, and it seems to be a lively choice. Still plenty to do, but I can't wait to fill them with color and make the variable!
