I decided to write about at each & every one of the 32 states with supreme court elections this year.
Why? On abortion, redistricting, death penalty, & more, these institutions & their elections remain so critical.
So here's everything you need to know. NEW from me:
We created this guide for anyone who could experience a miscarriage in a state with abortion restrictions.
We wrote it in consultation with dozens of doctors, including those who regularly treat patients who are miscarrying 👇

Hey @nytimes.com, I already reported this earlier this week.
And the G650s you mention? I reported on those in FEBRUARY.
You credit NBC News and WSJ for first reporting parts of your story. Please credit me, too.

Bluer areas of Virginia are picking-up voting: As of Monday, votes cast in the 5-GOP held districts were 60% of all votes cast so far (vs 40% in 6 Dem-held districts).
As of today, the gap has shrunk, with 55% in those GOP districts (Most of votes cast since Monday have been in the Dem districts.)
Still figuring out what’s next. But I will say:
To any candidate who wants help setting up a new style of campaign, who needs advice on integrating mutual aid in their operations, who has questions about any weird, fun, unconventional part of our race,
I would love to talk. Let me know.
Rep. Ralph Norman on ICE agents: "They were doxxed. Their homes were raided by the agitators." (This never happened -- Norman is just straight up making stuff up.)
We posted about this a few days ago. The EPA is trying to roll back protections against ethylene oxide, a chemical that causes leukemia and breast cancer, in communities that are already overburdened with pollution.
The public comment period is open right now.
This is kinda bonkers.
In addition, 20 amino acids were found on Ryugu, along with uracil and vitamin B3. These have been found in other instances, but since the samples from Ryugu were collected directly from the asteroid and delivered in sealed capsules, contamination on Earth could be ruled out.
I read the “Save America Act,” so you don’t have to. Most of the media apparently *hasn’t* read it because, if they had, they would be sounding the alarm about the provision in Point 1, below, which almost none of them have even mentioned. I hope this summary helps raise awareness. 1/
Reminder the Senate is expected to vote on the Save America Act this week. Please contact your senator and urge them to vote no. You may be seeing a lot of apparent “support” for the bill on social media, but it is not organic. Bot accounts have been flooding senators pages urging them to vote yes.

Senate Majority Leader Thune plans to bring the SAVE America Act up for a vote next week. The measure is expected to fail, but it’s still important to speak up. Please call, message, and reach out to your senators and urge them to vote no.
• Check your polling location before you leave, Texas loves last minute changes
• Stay in line, if you are in line by closing time, you have the right to vote
Do not let confusion do the work of suppression.

Texas voters, protect your vote:
• Bring an approved photo ID, Texas is strict about this
• If your name does not match exactly, bring supporting documents
• If they challenge you at the polls, you can request a provisional ballot

Temu or Wayfair - they are about $400 but require putting them together
Get the word out!
JUST IN: A federal judge in Oregon has barred ICE from conducting warrantless arrests without probable cause in the state, saying the agency's "dragnets" have flouted "clear and undisputed" law. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
The situation in Minneapolis: even though the ICE presence in the city is greatly reduced, and national attention has moved on, a huge portion of our population remains essentially in hiding, devastating the schools and economy. In particular, much of the education system remains in crisis
NEW: Guards have taken away crayons, colored pencils & paper during recent room searches at Dilley, according to detainees and others. After one inspection, the children just “cried and cried and cried,” a mother said. The facility denies the claims.

I’ve seen the videos of kids throwing snowballs at NYPD officers in Washington Square Park.
Officers, like all city workers, have been out in a historic blizzard, keeping New Yorkers safe and cars moving.
Treat them with respect. If anyone’s catching a snowball, it’s me.
