Wall mounted plinth made for my ravens, but decided to add the owl and as I used a template to build this tree it’s perfectly hollow just 5mm all over so I carved out the eyes and made room for a light to be added behind to give a good effect for the light to shine through. So now it’s not just a plinth. It’s a sculpture all of its own. I’m loving how it turned out can’t wait to mount the Raven on the branch.

Hey, Wayne I thought I’d responded, this one will need firing but other artists have used my designs with non fire clay, not something I can advertise on as it’s not something I know much about.

Hey Wayne, Yes it’s a ceramic sculpture made in pottery clay so it has to be fired in a kiln. Although my designs that I use to build with are used with other clays that don’t need firing, I couldn’t advise on that though as it’s not something I personally do. Just I know some of my customers have.
