not looking for advice, this is something that’s plagued me for 20 years I’ve tried…a lot

My journey to become a healthier person always stops short when it comes to sleeping patterns. It’s impossible at this point to get a decent nights sleep without overloading myself on THC. I eat healthy, job keeps me active, I drink the protein shakes and junk. But sleep? Ough

But the rumors are true, peppermint tea really does help tummy issues, on top of just smelling nice.

Lemongrass and peppermint are by far my favorite. The former two I think I need to adjust the steeping time/temperature or the amount per water.

I’ve been trying out a bunch of different teas from stuff I’ve been growing. Tried my hibiscus, lavender, lemongrass, and peppermint with overall decent success. But I want to try blends as I feel they’re not as flavorful as they could be
