Okay its not insane when Ray Tracing was turned on by default. The 2nd lobby world was easily hitting 12GB and it was slowly climbing as I was fighting. 😅
Oh shit I might actually be running out of VRAM LOL. I'd expect 4K to eat up 16GB of vram, not 1440p 😅
I'm thinking it's the first one. I am using a 6800XT with 16gb of VRAM. So it's kind of insane thinking about a game gobbling that up at 1440p.
I'm going to play around after I fully wake up. There was also a suggestion of rebuilding the shader cache as well.
The error is "Fatal D3D error (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED)". Which has existed since RE2 Remake lol.
It makes it sound like a driver timeout but that's not happening at all. 😅
