Awesome! "I’ve always wanted to build an Electron app ..., but I can’t say I learned a ton about Electron during this process since it was almost completely built by Agent Mode." This is the challenging bit indeed. Glad you went in an tweaked things after.

This morning, NASA sent up a message recorded by Apollo astronaut Jim Lovell before his death: “Hello, Artemis II! This is Apollo astronaut Jim Lovell. Welcome to my old neighborhood! When Frank Borman, Bill Anders, and I orbited the Moon on Apollo 8, we got humanity’s first up-close look at the Moon and got a view of the home planet that inspired and united people around the world. I’m proud to pass that torch on to you — as you swing around the Moon and lay the groundwork for missions to Mars … for the benefit of all. It’s a historic day, and I know how busy you’ll be. But don’t forget to enjoy the view. So, Reid, Victor, Christina, and Jeremy, and all the great teams supporting you – good luck and Godspeed from all of us here on the good Earth.” Jim Lovell Jim Lovell Gemini VII, Gemini XII, Apollo 8, and Apollo 13 Astronaut

Probing the same model with a different platform
Fun going down this rabbit hole. The paid version of the same model worked better, but it still doesn't point me to a specific source.
LLM admitting it just made stuff up
Gets better 🤣
LLM admitting a mistake when probed
Well...thanks for checking I guess
That's home. That's us.
This image of home just came down from the Artemis II crew.

Congratulations to Avi Lewis on your election as NDP leader.
As Prime Minister I will always take a collaborative approach to how we build a stronger Canada, and I look forward to speaking about how we can work together to keep delivering for Canadians.
Tax return ✅, after procrastinating for a couple of weeks. Now on to the next thing I can procrastinate on...
What you're describing is similar to what is used in some industries such as aerospace, where accountability and traceability is paramount
Could have called it Attaboy 🤔
No all you’re missing is a book from the Dune saga by your side
Been sick through most of holidays. But can't complain, I've got family and the cheerful lessons of @shiffman.lol to keep me company with the thecodingtrain.com/tracks/ml5js... series. Thank you sir! You're the teacher I always wanted but never had. PS - The jokes crack up my 8-year-old too 🤣
Happy arbitrary date change day. I'll be making some arbitrary resolutions and then arbitrarily forgetting about them in a few days.
I feel bad for all the poor saps in 2099
This holiday season, I am making a resolve to focus on the present(s) 🎁

Here are some lights to brighten up your feed during the solstice!
How do these animals produce their own light?

We're already inundated with use-and-throw products in the physical world. The prospect of use-and-throw in software is somewhat unsettling. It may be inevitable, but is it progress or are we ending up with new problems? Time will tell.
I often have to iterate on tests and explicitly call out that I need one test at a time that I can validate myself. Otherwise I find myself spending more time checking the generated tests than I would have spent writing one myself.
I’m constantly dismayed by how many drivers don’t understand basic physics
Oh git, I thought I knew thee
Yes! And it applies to all walks of life.
Some things you do compound, even if linearly.
Some things just happen and thats the end of its impact.
Most are the latter; that’s fine, but the more time you allocate to the former, the greater you become over time.
That's interesting. Can you share more about how these benchmarks were run and how to reproduce them?
Kestrel...?
Product managers should talk to customers all the time.
Customer service actually does talk to customers all the time.
How do they treat customers?
Is this the main way that customers ever talk to you?
🍀
I gotta say, I almost stopped reading this half...
@leaflet.pub Really loving the solid product. But It'd be really great if the editor can remember what language I used in a code block and not fallback to the default of plain text. And, also if there was a shortcut addition to the the '/code' command like '/code<tab>tsx'
As a customer these would be my priorities:
1. Does this still solve my problem?
2. Is the solution worth the money I'm spending on it?
3. Does the business seem to care about it's lowest tier customers just as much as it cares about it's highest-tier customers?
