It's pointless trying to get anyone else to refute our awful self opinion. If there's a crack in the foundation of our self-esteem, any external validation other people give us just falls right through and we won't even feel it.

Hope is a vestigial thread of existential consciousness connecting us to our future potential.

Sometimes I sit on my hopes funny, and they fall asleep.

Truth is always in me somewhere.

We have to observe the endless ways we semantically hurt ourselves through complaining, blaming, and compulsively criticizing less impressive aspects of our existence.

Flexing our writing muscles at each other.

Only the right kind of stupid please.

Climbing out of my head hole. Blinking in the light.

I firmly believe that existentialism can be entertaining.

That's the screams of my unrealistic ideals evaporating.

Hoping hard. Doubting easy.

We have to learn to forgive ourselves for making mistakes, without being self-abusive. Refusing to double down on our errors.

Write makes write.

We need to avoid becoming unnecessarily stuck in cycles of obsessive internal storytelling.

We have to strengthen the psychological structures behind our avoidance issues.

I was holding back, but now I'm giving my front some love.

Let's bring some beauty to today.

We need to get good at paying attention to our Whims when they arrive. Otherwise, we can go our whole lives without being inspired by their guidance.
