When I was a child I remember realising that there would be so many people in heaven that it would always be multiple people's birthdays everyday and therefore there must be a birthday party in heaven every single day. I imagined they'd have a tannoy to announce the names of all the birthday ppl.

I have seen a lot of NIMBY selfishness in my time, but "my convenience matters more than cancer care" is a new low. Quite seriously tempted to email them and tell them as much.

The selfishness of this turns my stomach - it’s a world leading cancer hospital FFS. Put up with some dust and noise.

Will never happen but I wish we had something like Singaporean hawker centres where the food is genuinely affordable for everyone, so they make great meeting and eating places for people across all of society and aren't limited to those with disposable income.

Exactly the same here. We watched first two episodes last night. I feel like I can't say I necessarily enjoyed it yet I do want to watch more.
