Yeah! I’ve discovered that my abs are significantly stronger than I initially thought, haha. Went from struggling with weighted decline crunches at 10lbs to absolutely crushing them while holding a 35lb plate. Sometimes you just need to change direction for incredible results 😌

And yeah, I thought about sneaking in a pull day here and there but opted to play it safe, as I’d rather take it easy than totally wreck my dominant arm.

I’ve been doubling down on lower body and ab training though and it’s actually been SO GOOD.

Solid Life Advice: Don’t smoke your rotator cuff while weightlifting. 3+ weeks of recovery and lower body only workouts/cardio has me going actually coocoo bananas.

I have to wear a special contact lens in my right eye because the shape of my cornea changed! So while it’s weird and expensive, my vision is still fine if I wear the right corrective gear (new glasses, toric contact lenses).
