So sorry for your experience. U was given penicillin as a child and had breathing issues as well (though, it occurred very soon after ingesting). I have avoided since. Hopefully her possible sensitivity is minor.

Meanwhile as our country continues to fall apart, my daughter was recently diagnosed with strep and given amoxicillin for treatment. Now she’s covered in a head to toe full body rash (from the meds) and I’m on visit #2 to the urgent care in a week. 😩 Mom life is exhausting.
