I would add that, when I've tried using it for SEF action statements or Heads Report, it phrases things far more generously than I ever would. It presumes everything is brilliant even when I've inputted some limiting factors.
Policy and risk assessment drafts, summarizing data such as feedback comments, general chat functions like giving me an annual template of assembly music that matches themes, communication analyst and simplifier. Nothing you can't do and it does nothing perfectly but it gives you a good headstart.
Can't wait for Gladiator III and the scene where the aliens fight the dinosaurs in the Colosseum.

And is the expectation that all of your current Heads are in control of, and accountable for, all aspects of headteachering? Budget, devolved capital, curriculum development and oversight, staffing (recruitment, appraisal, managing change etc), HR issues, H&S and everything else?
I'm curious what your MAT looks for in terms of 'proven track record of school improvement'? Is that in one setting/ context or more? Does it take into account a track record of successful financial and personnel management of the school?
