I unequivocally condemn the bombing of Iran ordered by Donald Trump.

This reckless act of aggression is not a demonstration of strength it is a dangerous escalation that puts countless innocent lives at risk and drags us closer to another endless war in the Middle East.

My understanding of the NJTA is that the state can use NJTA revenue through a transfer as long as NJTA revenues still cover bond payments. I believe there are transfers that have happened before but not 100% sure

The money currently allocated to expand the turnpike could be leveraged into the expansion of the HBLR system. W/respect to leverage we’re going to have a new governor in 2025 and JC needs to leverage our voter base and economy might to ensure we are heard re: PATH + transportation funding.

PATH fare was just voted to increase from 2.75 to 3.00

PATH fare increases from 2.75 to 3.00 next month. This comes with no increase in service as the system continues to deal with overcrowding and delay.

@mussabali.bsky.social also offered comments up in support of @hudcostreets.org campaign for improved PATH frequency and expansion to Newark Airport.

He also mentioned a needed stop to serve the west side of Jersey City.

5 years ago, Jersey City was shaken by a horrific act of terror when attackers targeted the JC Kosher Market in an act of antisemitic hate. I stood up for our Jewish community then and will continue to do so. This day was a stark reminder that all forms of hate persist—and we must confront them.
