Spent a long time iterating over Thalia (the kobold in the video's) model and textures, and even longer than that finding a rig and animator. Animators and rig people are both either very busy or don't stay on projects all the way through.

Just acquiring and finding people who could make the assets honestly! Connections are probably one of the most important things in pre production. Once you have an asset flow the rest comes naturally :)

She's Aliiiive! 🦎

It's been literal YEARS to get here (pre production 🫠) but I'm so happy to finally start coding in stuff now. For now, just waiting on more animation to be being made, so stay tuned!
