I like to have a good variety of books, but today's yield was all about fantasy. Obviously I gotta start in the middle!

How much of a soul

2 years ago we released a new quest for The Witcher 3. New designers and writers worked on it preparing for the Witcher 4, together with one of our most senior quest designers, who is with us since the Witcher 1.
All in all, it was the perfect start to getting back into the vibe of the Witcher!

We have a similar albeit unspoken rule, talking to possible new members of our narrarive teams simply about their special interests, past experiences, etc. It's the "have you lived enough life to write about it"-rule.

The atmosphere in Stalker 2 is on point, like it should be. This comfortable feeling of eery loneliness in a desolate landscape is truly unique to Stalker in video games, and GSC managed to capture it again wonderfully.
