Vivaldi? They *are* Chrome - Vivaldi is a fork of Chrome. What that means is that they use Chrome as the base for their browser. They strip out the bits they don't want and add in their own stuff but its still Chrome - Vivaldi remains dependant on it going forward.
There are no truly European browsers. Vivaldi, Brave, Edge are all forks of Chrome/Chromium. Zen, Waterfox, Librewolf are all forks of Firefox. Chrome is Google. A Firefox AI rejecting fork is better for privacy, use it with the uBlockOrigin and Container Tabs extensions.

We'd like to thank everyone at Birmingham Bizarre Bazaar - organisers, traders and most of all the huge amount of people who stopped to chat. For International Book Giving Day, we celebrate books as quiet acts of resistance and repair. Reading has the power to heal, to steady the mind, to remind us that we are not alone in our fears or our becoming. Through our book club podcast Devil’s Library, we gather to think, question, and wander together through dangerous and beautiful ideas (you are more than welcome to give us a listen), and through our Fruits of Knowledge campaign we focus on getting books into the hands of those who need them most.
