While we are waiting for Apache Kafka 4.1.0 release, the development does not stop. We just completed KIP-1034 (cwiki.apache.org/confluence/d...) which adds a DLQ feature to Kafka Streams. Very exciting!

Il est plus confortable et moins contraignant de se baser sur les "moteurs" (technical leader par exemple) pour essayer de faire bouger les lignes plutôt qu'afficher "on s'est gouré sur le recrutement" et prendre des actions comme par exemple des formations. Soutien ! [2/2]

Même combat chez moi... et en plus, quand tu dis, mais la personne n'a pas le niveau avec preuve à l'appui, certains managers ont tendance à te dire "tu es sûr que tu lui as bien expliqué ?" Alors que souvent on parle de niveau de base. [1/2]
