Palantir used to have affinity groups and DEI as late as 2022, and I had the logos saved on my phone because they pissed me off so much and of course they buried those pages. But I never forgot.
Link to the ruling. I am not sure Iβve seen a judicial opinion with this many tweet screenshots in it before storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

A small amount of cat tail sticking out from under a black sweatshirt.
It's chilly this morning at my house, and my cat ihas hidden under my sweatshirt.
#cat #hidden
I picked my lab partners based on how neat their handwriting was. π they usually complained until they saw the grades. I was annoyingly good at bench work.
"Not moving far enough" sounds like an entirely made up thing.
This looks like it could be fun.

Hi
I mean, the way that 45s handlers played up the savior angle, brother Buckley isn't totally wrong.
This is a fun one.
KASUBHAI, United States District Judge: Unserious leaders are unsafe. There is nothing more serious than our leaders' dedication to the rule of law so that we might maintain the integrity of our constitutional democracy. This case highlights a leader's unserious regard for the rule of law. This case demonstrates how disregard for the rule of law does not merely result in an abstract infraction. Rather, and tragically, this case is one of a long list of examples of how a leader's wanton disregard for the rule of law causes very real harm to very real people.
βUnserious leaders are unsafeβ is a fucking banger though
Good.

For all my tea drinkers who travel! βπ«https://jettlecompany.com/
Holy SHIT that opening story
Tbh, OG Punisher was just as likely to kill you as he was to help out.
Daredevil is 1000% the answer.
You should watch one of the original series shows so that you can enjoy the superior theme song. π
a two panel meme panel 1 - geordi signalling 'no' with the text data centres and images of data centres Panel 2 - geordi signalling 'yes' with the text "data centaurs" and a crudely edited image of the character data from star trek pasted on top of a centaur
do you ever wake up at 3am and think "shit that's a good idea, I better write that down so I can share it later on"
If you like cute ducks. You need this thread.
βWhy would we, ... in the name of protecting people, create a whole other legal mandate that requires the collection and storage of even more personally identifying information that would be subject to either data thieves or data breaches?β EFFβs @aaronmackey.bsky.social told @nbcnews.com.
My annual reminder that if you need to buy a window A/C this year do not simply buy the largest model you can afford. Energy Star has a sizing guide.
Why do you want an AC that is sized for your room?
Because an undersized A/C won't cool well and an oversized A/C will leave a space humid
They are really comfortable shirts. Just saying.
Is it really a conspiracy theory when the guy literally invited those critters over & said, "I'll do anything you want to get elected." π€ I appreciate what you're doing
Colorado River decline is increasingly dangerous for Grand Canyon's humpback chub. Record low pool elevations at Powell mean far more bass passing through the dam, and hydropower is urging BOR to end cool mix-flows that suppress bass recruitment downstream.

a map from 1918 showing the interurban network sprawling across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio
One side obsession from my research into the 1920s is the extensive network of ELECTRIC trains that used to connect cities and towns across the central Midwest called the Interurban. We had this more than a hundred years ago. The things we had and the things we lost.
Reminds me of a conversation I had with an Australian friend where he was horrified to discover that Black Widow spiders actually live under my house. ;) always fun to scare an Aussie with your local deadly friend.
