I am thinking by grade-level bands, teacher-to-teacher, not just for a one-off project but rather for a partnership to facilitate Best Practices in learning together. (For example, Texas elementary schools have adopted @Amplify. I would LOVE some partners for 3rd grade to go through the units with.
YES! 'Classrooms Connected by Curricula' maybe?
So many of us 'have' to teach a certain thing, so why not do it together, do it better, and make a difference for all kids!
Running into old friends and racking up followers is fun. But once the novelty wears off…

I am thinking we need more Teacher-to-Teacher connections, specific to grade-level bands. Often, we are overrun with posts from those outside the classroom, and from EdTech 'profiters'.

Perhaps a great way to start is by writing or creating a story through the 'Perspective' of another. We often have them write through the POV of a character in a book. If they write/create through the perspective of someone in their real life, they become more empathetic/understanding. #EduSky

🥴 definitely so many huge projects, carefully planned, but once they are implemented, I get bored before we get to the end and I get a bigger idea and want to launch something else.
🫡This is so true! Risk-averse students will stay in the game when challenged, so I try to add that game element to everything I create.
🎯Currently, 3rd graders are learning to 'type' and are loving the challenge of one day beating their greatest nemesis, ME! 😉
