I was helping my son with a writing assignment last night. It took him 20 minutes to write it unassisted, and an hour and a half of us rephrasing his own writing in a way that didn’t flag it as AI with ZeroGPT because otherwise he’d get a 0. What the fuck are we even doing anymore.

Listen, I think Gen AI sucks generally, especially when used in creative works, but we gotta stop attacking creators that we *think* might be using AI without any proof.
