Fuck trump and his bullying chaos. He is no friend to us, and I would sooner starve than feed his greed and paranoia.

Given that his brother has been disgraced and all but disowned, for Charles to be anywhere near the creature that was so close to Epstein and is a credibly accused child rapist, is beyond travesty. Cancel ASAP.

Drustan is progressing, albeit slowly, and I've seen the draft covers for Book 5. They are sooo good, it's going to be hard to choose one. Anyhow, meet Cloud...

Call off the King’s visit to the US for the 250th anniversary of America's independence With the current political chaos in the US and Trump’s failure to adhere to international norms, and given his apparent obsession with the Monarchy, calling off this visit would send a powerful messag...

The Government is planning to send King Charles to the US to celebrate with Trump. Giving him a royal visit right now sends a terrible message that his behaviour is acceptable. We can stop this if enough of us speak up. Will you add your name to the petition? you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/ca...

Please, please, please can someone with an ounce of influence start a petition to get a parliamentary vote on the cancellation of Charles' state visit to America? This is a dire insult to every soldier who fought, or was injured in body and soul, or who died.

Every time the US blows up a fishing boat, does Hegseth have an orgasm?

The mindboggling willful ignorance of these far right people never fails to astound me. They need to go back to school, learn the prehistory and history of these islands, starting with the retreat of the last Ice Age.

It is a truth universally recognised that no matter how many times an author reads through a draft, they will ALWAYS find a typo, and/or a word/line that needs to be tweaked.

Indeed, not. That'll be next on his list - full annexation.

Not very. I wouldn't be surprised if, as soon as all the hostages are back in Israel, Netanyahu will unleash the IDF again and flatten all the rest of Gaza.

I've been away for a bit, literally and figuratively. Got sidetracked by the insanity on Twitter, but I've decided to do better & not feed Musk & the outright irrational spouting of 'facts' more fanciful than any fiction I and my fellow #authors may write. Back to work on the latest draft of Pye.

Just don't forget the Epstein files. This is a major deflection attack. Keep on fighting back!

The difference here is that PA has been declared a terrorist organisation & showing support for it breaks the law. It's wrong. The law should NEVER have been passed. But it has, so the Police HAVE to enact it. From the vids I've seen they've been as considerate as possible. Your anti-cop bias shows.

The Police are in an untenable situation. The government passed the law, made PA a terrorist organisation [which was wrong, imo], so the police have to enact it. They don't have a choice, no matter where their sympathies might lie. Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

Just over 3yrs ago, following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, I started this quilt. When it was finished, it was auctioned off, the proceeds going to a Ukraine charity. The war is still going on, & as I write this, Ukraine is poised to be betrayed by Trump in a shameful deal with Putin. Slava Ukraini.

Why do he, Badenoch, Hunt, et al, always sound so bloody condescending when interviewed? It makes me want to slap them.

Why is no one talking about desalination plants? Surely they would cause less disruption and cost no more than reservoirs with far less destruction and upheaval.

Okay, this might seem a very stupid question, but is there a copyright on this image? I would love to recreate that pattern of tiles as a lapquilt, and donate it to Project Linus, or yourselves to auction for a charity of your choice.

Sadly, there are a lot of younger Americans who can't read cursive, let alone write it, or so an American friend who works in retail told me.
