My head feels heavy and hollowed out at the same time, I wish I could sleep forever

I hope this goes away quickly. I'm very worried bc the last time I felt this hollow and numb was when I was in a place I thought I would never escape

It gets so bad that I don't feel human. Like all the connections I make are superficial or that I push people away with how quickly I get attached. My heart aches. I just want to feel like I matter to people, that I'm worth being around without having to "prove" it

But today I felt so incredibly empty. So alone. Like I am not worth anyone's time. Like nobody enjoys my company, and that people are only my friends out of pity and will leave once I stop being useful/interesting. It's a soul crushing pattern I've seen in my life since I was a child.

I know no one rlly follows me here (or anywhere rlly since I disappeared off the Internet unintentionally) so I feel ok just putting this here and forgetting about it
