Yes, it felt like so. Now I stopped listening to news, limit social media time, even eat less. It feels refleshing!

The overstimulation situation had been there for years. No matter its happiness or sadness, every emotion felt overwhelming. Now I finally find the right way to let them through!

Thank you! I have been getting sunlight more often, take time walking in park, it feels better now. It's beautiful out there, somehow the troubles seem less worrying :)
