VoE has become one of my favorite projects as Narrative Lead. It’s some of the most fulfilled I’ve felt as a writer, but more importantly, seeing the team blossom and grow over the last few years has been a really beautiful thing. We’ve got some work left, but we’re making something very cool.

But there are *so* many more people I can and should thank, I’ll have to go for round two. Cinematics, audio, production, art, rewards, encounters, QA, our leadership circle—it takes a village.

We’re not a massive team, but every single one of us cares so deeply about this game.

@bobbystein.bsky.social has always supported and given me room to grow—this project was a big step for me, and I cherish the autonomy you trusted me with.

Thank you for caring in all of the ways that you do.

@emhonu.bsky.social, as always, is a huge light in my life. As our VO Lead, her expertise, grace, and talent brings our characters and story to a new level. Our cast is a significant part of our community, and a big part of that is her dedication.

David, our team manager and my occasional life coach, was a constant support base and source of sanity. He helped me elevate and guide the team this year as we all stepped up and grew in different ways.

What a magical thing we’ve fostered, I adore our cozy team.

Andrew Gray was our Expansion Lead and such a wonderful advocate for the project. This guys CARES about Guid Wars, our studio, and the community so severely.

And of course, there are a thousand things I could shout about @silvarils.bsky.social. She is evidence that great QA is the foundation of a productive team. Not only is she a fabulous contributing writer, but her attention to detail and passion for story only enhances the final product.

We had a number of contributing designers that helped us with story—Peter Turner, Megan Kokoris, and Emily Morrow crafted capstone moments in the expansion.

Our story team is now also joined by @barefootmatthew.com, who brings a wealth of experience and endless knowledge of storytelling in Tyria.

@hernandeznick.bsky.social is one of the kindest, warmest souls I know. He shares that warmth through his leadership and it shines through his creativity every day. And he is one hell of an Open World Lead, I’m telling you. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of our systems.

@giantscribbles.bsky.social and Anatoli Ingram were absolute superheroes. Not only did they contribute to the writing and world building, but they were also our editors alongside our Editing Lead, Stacy! They are wells of knowledge when it comes to Tyria, and they have a thousand stories to tell.

Kyp Maher and Casey Anderson were our core writing team—what masterful storytellers they are. Vloxx has been a product of immense collaboration across the entire team, but Kyp and Casey’s voices brought hese characters to life. Our writers’ room is a joy.

For starters, @hyenalowena.bsky.social is the best creative partner in crime I could ask for. The story of VoE was something special in *huge* part to her immense dedication. She is a brilliant Story Design Lead and she’s only getting more powerful by the year.

Now that Visions of Eternity has shipped and folks have had some healthy time to dive in and explore Castora, I want to give a big shoutout to the story team. I’m so proud of what we’ve built and where we’re going. This is a special one. 🍍
