Today has been the hardest day for my leg since leaving PT. I do regret not wearing tights or my warmer running pants to disc golf. Hopefully the stretching, shocking, massaging, and heat, get my leg somewhat back to a normal.

Multiple times this year I have been grateful I took the leap of faith and left my job at GM years before all of these layoffs and purposeful erosion of culture. I was upset at the time due to waiting for 6 months for papers of a my new direct position, and the sinking feeling of nothing good.
