It's a cool morning in Charlottetown after a beautiful weekend (although we spent most if it indoors setting up our daughter's apartment). Heading home today.

Woke up early this morning thanks to the storm. Picked up an Uhaul and packed her up. This afternoon we are driving to Charlottetown to help our daughter move into her new place.

My daughter loved it there. Kids who are in theatre are a good bunch. It helps them grow so much.

Ohhh...I loved that production. Are they involved with YPCo in the summer? It's a great program.

Just cleaned out my wallet, purse and my work bag. Very satisfying.

First time home alone in days or even weeks. I worked out and had a shower. Now I am watching the Peaky Blinders movie in peace. The heck with everyone and everything for 2 hours.

I am exhausted today.

I couldn't watch the space launch yesterday. I watched the Challenger and Columbia disasters and have some pstd concerning it all.

I hope the astronauts come home safe and sound.

I am sorry this happened. It hurts when you don't get it. But don't let this no stop you from trying for the next. I do know that sometimes the thing you want badly, really wasn't for you and the right thing is out there waiting. Stay positive.

My daughter is moving to Charlottetown. She found a beautiful 2 bedroom/bath for $2000/mth.

There were 3 NSP trucks on Chelsey all afternoon. Our power didn't go out until 4:15. Glad it was only off for 2 hours. Still not sure what the problem was.

I guess we are still living in a world-class shit show. What a time to be alive.

Sun is wonderful but bundle up because that wind is raw.

We just brought in Mezza's. This no power thing kind of sucks.

My power restoration eta is 2:45 am. Trying not to complain when I know there are people having bombs dropped on their homes or haven't had electricity/oil for weeks.

But if I lose my full freezer, I'll cry. We haven't opened it all so here's hoping.

Power is out in CP from Dunbrack to the Bedford Hwy and lots of pockets elsewhere.

No coffee for 😞 Hubs was just making it when it went out.

Just got our oil delivery. Ouch. Highest bill since we moved in 16 years ago.
