This is spot on. I was in court for the settlement negotiations. It was explicit in comments from both sets of lawyers that the the suppression of evidence due to be heard in the trial was an absolutely essential requirement for the Murdoch side.

Everyone, no matter your feelings on Prince Harry, should want media accountability—especially journalists. These instances sully the entire field.

When an outlet is spinning a story in favor of another outlet who just apologized for invasion of privacy & unlawful activities…huge side eye
