I’ve been on here too long not to have posted a pet pic by now…Willow is my husband’s. She’s a silver tabico with an orange undercoat and one completely orange back leg. Puck is my boy. He’s a cream tabby with orange eyes. They share a brain cell. Willow hangs onto it for safe keeping.

Current Teams discussion among youth services folx in the library system I work for: how often we all check under the bins for the picture books with LGBTQIA++ themes that have been hidden by patrons. People that hadn’t thought to look were shook once they checked under the bins in their branches.
Nooooooooooo. I cannot think of a single regular patron in my near decade of work in the dark art of library science that I would ever want to see naked.
Several that very much wanted to be seen naked though…
So many adults disappear from the library when their kids age out of storytime. More library nights!
