The recent cuts to the NIH and other agencies are CREATING waste, NOT eliminating it. The cut-off studies that were in progress will lose crucial tax-payer funded efforts, data, and contributions to their field. DOGE is not saving us money, and most definitely not helping scientific efficiencies. 😠
