Not sure if it helps you or not but might be able to grab a PAL copy still from another vendor.
Shame we do not have more options for the NTSC

Only see what looks like the Pal versions and they were $100+ and shipping. Not sure any of the ones on eBay are even NTSC version but not really wanting to pay that much..

Probably just gonna take the refund also and just keep waiting on these Nes and Snes Ninja Jamaru games.
