Please don't treat grindworks going as the death of toontown. It's only ceasing development due to the way higher ups on the team handled everything.

You don't have to forgive ppl who defended mica, but I hope those who realised their mistakes are given room to prove they meant what they said.

honestly all i'm gonna say about the Stuff here is like. i cant really fault people for being manipulated all this time. especially by them. they're not only dangerous but also wickedly smart. it was not surprising how everything went down, in retrospect (not that that makes it right)

Grindworks staff begin guilt tripping in the discord because no one wants their work associated with the game anymore

It was probably more of a "punch to the gut" to all the people who contributed to see you guys defending a groomer and abusing your staff positions to bring it into the discord.

"People are only attacking Mica/Friend OS out of jealousy" - Person who decided that their beef with a fucking Toontown private server is more important than dealing with predators.

Its always projection with these people. I thought Smash would be the rock bottom stupidity I had to deal with.

Chloe, the lead developer at Grindworks, is currently going around and blocking people who are talking about the situation btw. Many Grindworks staff are supporting mica in this situation and claiming her to be the victim.

Careful what games you choose to support.

I don't like the way people bring up keeby trying to get back in contact with mica under a new alias as proof Keeby couldn't have been a victim, because that's actually a really common behaviour in grooming victims because of the nature of how grooming works.

please do not discredit what sheriff cranky is saying about mica just because it's cranky saying it, cranky is probably the most qualified to speak out given his proximity.

Stop using the law to say if something is or isnt predatory, a 40 year old and someone barely 18 is technically “legal” but that doesnt make it any less imbalanced, also again, the potential of abuse from the victims end does not take away from their actions, you people are spreading ABUSE APOLOGIA.
