It was my favorite kind of Wednesday. My daughter was off work and my family was close and safe, all doing our own thing mostly but just present for each other. Weather was perfect. Overcast mostly, a few thunderstorms passing in the evening. Just lovely!

My son and I both started doing LENS neurofeedback for the brain fog and I swear just six sessions in and both of us are seeing big improvement. It's helping me with anxiety too. This is the only thing I've found any success with.
