Most image sharing sites do take these requests seriously, unless theyre specifically "pirating" sites. All the booru sites have a DMCA request though, so you can take advantage of it if you see your artwork reuploaded against your wishes.

You can request Danbooru to take down your artwork, especially if they were Patreon exclusives.
