#AlanMoore was in the #comics news again, so I read 1963 #1 last night. Don't think I was aware of/would have appreciated the concept back in '93. Today, I would read more 1963 AND a 1993 series. (Then put them together for the unpublished annual.)

40+ years ago, but I remember clearly. It’s 1985, there on the rack at Harmon’s is a book WITHOUT THE COMICS CODE SEAL. I took it home and read it immediately, and my mind had been expanded. The day I met Alan Moore, one of the great days of my comic reading life.
