Can we please decouple being into the gym and having orthorexia? Normalize showing up to train consistently in the long term but also just kinda eating fucking whatever to whatever extent you are hungry who cares?
I really feel like the gate keeping diet culture making it out like the whole thing is pointless unless you eat 100% clean is preventing so many people from getting into fitness. Train hard. Eat unrestricted.
