A digitally painted piece of the forest dragon Teavi, painted with the lagoon brush! This time, they have a design for the water featuring a set of back fins instead of wings and a leafy tail based of the leafy sea dragon fish! They have webbed back feet, and their usual regular front paws. They have fluffy ears with a pink hibiscus flower, and little round seashell horns, and brown eyes. Their color palette is a warm green and sandy colored brown and white. They are floating happily in the sea with a beautiful blue sky and puffy white cumulus clouds.

Lagoon Rathas! I could've made them a siren to fall in line with their goal of luring in people and fuck them up, but a beach babe felt more modern and fitting.
